Meat Wave unveil new track ‘The Incessant’

The Chicago trio have offered up a slice of the follow-up to last year’s ‘Delusion Moon’.

Chicago’s anthemic punks Meat Wave have returned with a new track, ‘The Incessant’.

Recorded with fellow Chi-City native Steve Albini, the band’s newest slice of material is a doom-ridden, anxious effort, complete with pummelling percussion and explosive stabs of guitars.

The track looks to be taken from their forthcoming new album, which will follow up last year’s ‘Delusion Moon’, and is expected to land in early 2017 through SideOneDummy / Big Scary Monsters.

The band are currently on the road over in the US, too - their upcoming schedule looks like this:

NOVEMBER
17 Colorado Springs, CO - Black Sheep
18 Denver, CO - Marquis Theatre
19 Salt Lake City, UT - Kilby Court
21 Vancouver, BC - The Cobalt
22 Victoria, BC - Lucky Bar
25 Edmonton, AB - Starlite Room
26 Saskatoon, SK - Amigo’s Cantina
27 Winnipeg, MB - Good Will Social Club

FEBRUARY 2017
16 New York, NY - Baby’s All Right
24 Chicago, IL - Empty Bottle
