Listen: MIA Previews New ‘Come Walk With Me’ Single

With M.I.A’s new ‘Matangi’ album looking set to gain a release this November after much public haggling, a new song’s set to preview the release in the form of ‘Come Walk With Me’.

The track comes in a very different form to the one that first emerged in 2011. The initial version was completely off-the-chain mental, basically, while this new take sounds like a proper single.

Sedated to the point of collapse, with lurched out lines about how ‘there’s a thousand ways to track you down’ being fully catered to festival chants and so on and so forth.
