Listen: Pawws Announces New EP, ‘Sugar’
Listen to the lead track on Lucy Taylor’s new EP ahead of its June release.
Lucy Taylor aka Pawws has announced plans to release a new EP, ‘Sugar’. Suitably chock full of E numbers and sweet-laced synths, the lead, title-track is the first we’ve heard from Taylor since she formed part of the DIY Class of 2014.
More melancholy and reflective than previous material, it’s a song centred around dark, Moroder-stamped synth solos. The track forms part of a new EP - also titled ‘Sugar’ - that comes out on 16th June via Best Fit Recordings.
Pawws headlines London’s Lexington on 12th May.
