Listen: Stars Share New Song, ‘Backlines’
The track is taken from the Canadians’ forthcoming sixth album.
Canadian indie-pop types Stars are due to return next month with their sixth studio effort, ‘The North’.
The album, which was co-produced by the band in Montreal, will be released on 4th September via ATO Records.
The band have already shared album opener, ‘The Theory of Relativity’ and another track, ‘Hold On When You Get Love And Let Go When You Give It’, both via SoundCloud. Yesterday saw them add ‘Backlines’, giving the world a further taste of the new record’s sound.
Stars head out on a North American tour beginning on 20th September in Portland, and finishing on 24th November in Toronto.
