Listen: The National Share Hunger Games Soundtrack Song, ‘Lean’

Hunger Games: Catching Fire’s 22nd November release has the tough task of following up a film that a) grossed millions upon millions of dollars and b) managed to get Arcade Fire on the soundtrack.

The National are one of a few exciting acts making an appearance on the ‘Catching Fire’ soundtrack. Coldplay scored the official soundtrack with ‘Atlas’ and The National’s effort doses itself up on similar themes; the end of the world; dying being pretty easy, etc. etc.

Lorde, Antony and the Johnsons and Ellie Goulding are also set to appear on the soundtrack. See the full tracklist below the player.
