Liverpool Sound City: Jagwar Ma, Big Ups & More Play Day Three
Sound City closes with sets from Big Ups, Jungle, Jagwar Ma and more.

The third and final day of Liverpool Sound City takes place, with new music kicking off from 12pm. Last night The Hold Steady closed out the DIY Stage and tonight we’ve got Jagwar Ma and The Kooks playing the Duke Street Garage.
Last night The Creases appeared on our stage, and today they’re the first act on the bill, hitting the Moon Museum at 12pm.
Throughout Saturday, the likes of Luke Sital-Singh (15.00, Studio 2) and Bird (19.00, Cathedral) bring the city to life. As the night goes on, Liverpool locals All We Are play a show at the Cathedral, 20.00. There’s also God Damn (21.00, Studio 2) and Glass Animals (20.30, Kazimier) to choose from.
Into the final hours, Gay (Sound Food and Drink, 22.30) and Ratking (22.30, Kazimier) stand out as exciting North American exports, while the act everyone’s here to see, Jungle, play Factory at midnight.
The Kooks close out the festival with a show at Duke Street Garage, 00.30, while Big Ups play the final set at the Zanzibar, 00.15. That puts a wrap on Liverpool Sound City. Catch up with our interviews from the fest, with Jungle, Jagwar Ma, DZ Deathrays, Thumpers, Circa Waves and Blood Red Shoes.
