Loyle Carner confirms debut album ‘Yesterday’s Gone’
The UK-only debut features many of the Croydon local’s closest pals as guests.
Fast-rising rapper and all-round top bloke Loyle Carner has revealed all the details surrounding his debut album. Titled ‘Yesterday’s Gone,’ the Croydon local’s first full-length is out on 20th January via AMF Records.
Featuring Loyle’s mum and dad, and his close pals Rebel Kleff, Tom Misch, and Kwes, there’s also a feature spot from British rapper Jehst on a track called ‘No Worries’. Jehst’s been prolific since the late nineties, and was previously a member of influential street art crew Full Scale Burners.
It’s been a jam-packed year for Loyle Carner, selling out KOKO last month, and with two nights at Shepherd’s Bush Empire plotted for next year. He shared the opening track of his debut, ‘The Isle of Arran,’ earlier this week. He told fans to expect a new project “sooner than you think,” and this is probably the project he was on about. Exciting stuff indeed.
