Loyle Carner masters the art of pancake-making in ‘Florence’ video

“You know I’m only one pancake away,” sings Kwes, guesting on the ‘Florence’ track for Londoner Loyle Carner. And in the space of three egg-splitting minutes, Carner proves he’s a dab hand at the art of pancake-making.

Watch out, Nigella. From first whisk to strawberry sprinkle, he’s got this art down, flipping while rapping like these aren’t two impossible tasks to combine. He’s even generous with the whipped cream. If this music lark doesn’t quite work out for Carner, there’s always Masterchef.

Alongside the new video, Loyle Carner’s announced a 16th February show at London’s Village Underground. Tickets are on sale from 9am, Friday 25th September.
