Luke Abbott shares new track ‘Night Bike’ taken from forthcoming LP ‘Music For a Flat Landscape’
The track comes as a part of Abbott’s soundtrack to ‘The Goob’, coming 25th May.
Luke Abbott has shared the first track from his soundtrack LP to the forthcoming British coming-of-age drama ‘The Goob’. The LP, titled ‘Music For a Flat Landscape’, is inspired by Abbott’s home and the setting for ‘The Goob’ in Norfolk and will mark the launch of Abbott’s label – Buffalo Temple.
‘Night Bike’ is an all too brief three minutes of ominous synths and gut-wrenching tension, not a sound you’d typically associate with rural Norfolk in the summertime but with ‘The Goob’ already the recipient of an award at the Stockholm Film Festival, it’s sure to be fitting when placed in context.
‘Music For A Flat Landscape’ will be realised on 25th May on limited edition (500) vinyl, ‘hand printed’ CD’s and digitally. You can pre-order here.
