Låpsley unveils loved-up latest single ‘HURRICANE’
She’s celebrating the release of her next album with a UK tour this Autumn.

Having recently announced details of her upcoming fourth album ‘I’M A HURRICANE I’M A WOMAN IN LOVE’ (due to arrive on 2nd May), Låpsley has now shared its opener and semi-title track, ‘HURRICANE’.
Describing the unashamedly romantic number, the Southport native has said that her latest song is “an unapologetic expression of the love from a woman.” Continuing, she expands: “an omnipotent, unbridled love. A love that’s feared and revered. Pierce your flag into the ground to affirm. Love to return. Love for the sake of free will. Love in protest. Love in chaos. Love in peace. A wild, misunderstood magic.”
‘HURRICANE’ joins ‘BETTER’ and ‘CHURCH’ to be the third single lifted from Låpsley’s next LP - the follow up to 2023 effort ‘Cautionary Tales Of Youth’ - and is an 11 track project that will be her first release as an entirely independent artist.
