M.I.A. shares new song, ‘Can See Can Do’

M.I.A. has released a brand new track, ‘Can See Can Do’, arriving two years on from 2013 LP ‘Matangi’.

She teased new music earlier today (7th March), stating that she was uploading a song called ‘All My People’. However, she quickly backtracked by saying she wanted to put out the track when “all my people are ready”.

A couple minutes later, she put out ‘Can See Can Do’, a teaser track for a bigger release in the summer.

The song’s Soundcloud description reads: “DEMOCRACY CONVERSATIONS ! TAMILS ARE STILL WAITING ! AND NO MY BEATS ARE NOT BETTER WITHOUT MY POLITICX.”
