Mac DeMarco becomes face of American Apparel, shares ‘Chamber of Reflection’ video

Mac DeMarco’s ‘Chamber of Reflection’ refers to the crummy, windowless, smoke-filled room that defined sessions for the sleepy and stoned musician’s recent recording sessions. It defined a cabin fevered state of mind, one drenched in beer, unsure if it’s night time or daytime, incapable of telling between the two.

The video for ‘Chamber of Reflection’ bears some kind of a resemblance to that state of mind. It’s a fish eye’d trip through city streets, with a Homer Simpson-mask wearing protagonist. Consider it a bleary eyed, post-midnight session on Reddit come to life.
