Mac DeMarco’s new “mini-LP” ends with an invitation to coffee at his house

Mac DeMarco has said that his upcoming “mini-LP” ‘Another One’ features a track that gives out his address with an invite to come around for a cup of coffee.

The closing track ‘My House by the Water’ discloses Mac’s address in Far Rockaway, New York, and since leaking a couple of weeks ago, fans have already started visiting the address.

In conversation with the Wall Street Journal, Mac said that roughly 30 people have already made the trip. “The way I rationalize it, to have the address you’ll have to listen to the album to the very end,” he said. “Second, to even consider coming to my house you have to be a kind of a superfan. And thirdly, it’s in such a weird part of New York that if they actually get there, they deserve a cup of coffee.”
