Marika Hackman joins alt-J at 6 Music Live to play 'Last Year' • News • DIY Magazine

Earlier today, alt-J played a set as part of BBC 6 Music Live. They were then joined our fave Marika Hackman to run through ‘Last Year’, the track she guests on from the band’s new album, ‘RELAXER’.

It’s not the first time the band have teamed up - Marika guests on ‘Warm Foothills’ from the band’s second LP, 2014’s ‘This Is All Yours’.

alt-J released ‘RELAXER’ back in May, while the same month saw Marika share her second LP, the five star-rated ‘I’m Not Your Man’.

The singer is set to head out on a UK tour in November in support of the record. It features her biggest headline show to date, at Shepherd’s Bush Empire in London.
