Marika Hackman announces debut album ‘We Slept At Last’

London songwriter’s first full-length is out next year on Dirty Hit.

Marika Hackman has announced plans to release her debut album ‘We Slept At Last’.

Out in February 2015 via Dirty Hit (The 1975, Wolf Alice), the London songwriter’s first work has been several years in the making, and it’s set to contain a completely new batch of songs from her two previous EPs, ‘Sugar Blind’ and ‘Deaf Heat’, and 2013 mini-album ‘That Iron Taste’.

Alongside the announcement, footage has emerged of Hackman performing her ‘Cinnamon’ track at London’s old-school Toe Rag Studios.

She’s currently on the road with Alt-J and supports them at London’s Alexandra Palace tonight, 24th September.
