English Teacher, Everything Everything, Marika Hackman and more to play DIY's stage at Live At Leeds In The City 2024

The countdown until Live At Leeds In The City 2024 is well and truly on, and we’re thrilled to unveil the full lineup for DIY’s very own stage at Leeds Beckett Student Union.

Joining us for a sure-to-be triumphant hometown show are longtime DIY faves English Teacher, who are fast becoming local legends after their superlative debut album ‘This Could Be Texas’ scooped this year’s prestigious Mercury Prize. We’ll also play host to Manchester’s Everything Everything (whose dystopic record ‘Mountainhead’ arrived back in March) and London auteur Marika Hackman, who kick-started the year with the release of her cathartic latest LP, ‘Big Sigh’

Completing this frankly stacked bill (if we do say so ourselves) are beloved songwriter Willie J Healey, rap disruptor CASISDEAD, and family outfit Infinity Song; in our totally unbiased opinion, you may as well make yourself at home in the SU, because you’re not gonna want to leave…

Live At Leeds In The City is set to take place on Saturday 16th November in venues across Leeds (including beloved grassroots favourites like The Brudenell Social Club, The Wardrobe, Hyde Park Book Club and more), and promises to be a triumphant celebration of both established and emerging artists, all in one of the UK’s most vibrant musical hotbeds.

You can find out more and nab your tickets here, and check out the DIY stage in all its glory below.
