Marika Hackman To Release Mini-Album, ‘That Iron Taste’
The singer-songwriter is also heading out on tour supporting Ethan Johns next month.
Following the release of her Johnny Flynn-produced debut single ‘You Come Down’ back in September, London-based singer-songwriter Marika Hackman is to return next month with a mini-album.
‘That Iron Taste’, recorded with Alt-J producer Charlie Andrew, will be released on 25th February via Dirty Hit.
The record will both follow a string of live dates in support of songwriter and producer Ethan Johns - who is due to release his own debut solo album in February - and be followed by a headline tour in early March.
The first single to be taken from The mini-album will be ‘Cannibal’ - as featured recently on Zane Lowe’s BBC Radio 1 show - and will also include ‘Bath Is Black’, which can be viewed below.
