Metronomy, The Kooks and more for Liverpool Sound City

Metronomy and The Kooks are headlining this year’s Liverpool Sound City - which is also hosting a couple of ‘extra’ gigs, featuring old schoolers The Human League and John Cale & Guests ‘presenting’ ‘The Velvet Underground & Nico’.
The festival itself takes place on 27th and 28th May at the city’s Clarence Dock, with The Kills, Slaves, Peaches, The Japanese House, Pumarosa and !!! (Chk Chk Chk) performing, while the preceding Thursday and Friday host those additional events.
