Mica Levi Scores Sountrack For ‘Under The Skin’ Film
Jonathan Glazer film stars Scarlet Johanssen.
Classical-meets-crazed pop specialist Mica Levi - best known for the Micachu and the Shapes project - has been busy at work on the soundtrack for a new Jonathan Glazer-directed film, ‘Under the Skin’.
As well as working on newcomer Tirzah’s debut EP, ever the experimentalist Levi has written and recorded the score for the film, which stars Scarlett Johanssen. It’s ‘the story of an alien in human form’, apparently - the trailer makes it look pretty terrifying.
‘Under the Skin’ gains its first airing at the London BFI Film Festival, 13th October.
