Mogwai announce 20th Anniversary UK shows
It’s two decades since Stuart Braithwaite’s project came to life - they’re celebrating the anniversary with some huge gigs.

Mogwai have announced details of residencies in their home city of Glasgow and London this June to celebrate the band’s 20th Anniversary.
Forming on 26th June 1995, the group will play two, two-night stints at Glasgow’s Barrowlands (20th, 21st June) and London’s Roundhouse (24th, 25th June) to celebrate entering their third decade.
They’re a band in rude form - last year’s ‘Rave Tapes’ LP was their highest charting to date (the first to enter the UK top 10) and they topped 2014 off tight two shows at London’s Royal Festival Hall, as well as releasing 1999 classic ‘Come On Die Young’ and extra EP ‘Music Industry 3. Fitness Industry 1’.
The dates read:
JUNE
20 Glasgow, Barrowlands
21 Glasgow, Barrowlands
24 London, Roundhouse
25 London, Roundhouse
Tickets for the dates are on sale from 10am, Friday 30th January here.
