New Death From Above 1979 track ‘Government Trash’ appears online
Handed out on CDs at a show last week, the new song has finally found its way online.
Most bands employ a carefully controlled master plan to distribute their new songs online. Military organisation, though, isn’t Death From Above 1979’s style. Following an intimate show at Los Angele’s Troubadour last Thursday, fans were handed CDs featuring a new track from forthcoming album ‘The Physical World’. Titled ‘Government Trash’, it’s now online (via Consequence of Sound).
The kind of gut-thumping thrash the DFA1979 do so well, you can stream it below.
‘The Physical World’ is released this September, with live dates - including UK shows - this October.
