Pa Salieu returns with self-assured new cut ‘Belly’
It’s the Coventry rapper’s first release since 2022.

Former DIY cover star and BBC Sound of 2021 winner Pa Salieu is back with new single ‘Belly’ - our first taste of new music from him in two years.
Having burst onto the UK’s rap scene in 2020 with ‘Frontline’, Pa has gone on to collaborate with the likes of FKA Twigs, Ghetts, Mahalia, Aitch and more, while his acclaimed debut mixtape ‘Send Them To Coventry’ earned him an Ivor Novello nomination.
Now returning in signature self-assured style, Pa’s latest - produced by his longtime collaborators Felix Joseph and AoD - sees him lyrically address issues of wealth disparity and social inequality with candour and authenticity.
Watch this space for more from Pa Salieu; in the meantime, though, you can revisit our October 2021 cover interview with him and check out the video for ‘Belly’ below.
