Pale Honey reveal new song ‘Tease’
The Gothenburg duo’s latest comes ahead of their forthcoming self-titled debut.
Gothenburg duo Pale Honey have shared a new track, ‘Tease’. Following on from, ‘Youth’, it arrives ahead of the band’s forthcoming self-titled debut album - out on May 4th via Sweden’s Bolero Recordings.
The tense breed of menace peering around the wings of Pale Honey’s previous releases was always lingering and ready; on ‘Tease,’ it beelines straight for the electrified, industrial forefront. The bass-line struts and plods along with more than a slight whiff of Nirvana about it, and then in come the clattering warehouse-ready drums, pulling the pace forward like fierce, driving cogs. Basically, ‘Tease’ sounds like it should be soundtracking a lightening quick car case in an extremely bad-ass spy movie.
Pale Honey make their live London debut on May 20th at The Islington. Listen to ‘Tease’ below:
