Parquet Courts fans with tattoos allowed free entrance to shows
Brooklyn group announce news on their website
Good news for Parquet Courts fans with tattoos - if you’ve decided on a body art tribute to the group, then they have decided to allow any of their branded fans free entry to their live shows, for life.
The announcement follows a fan’s submission of a ‘Ride The Snake’ tattoo sent to their website. The post says:
“Got a Parquet Courts tattoo? What the hell were you thinking? In order to shelter your fragile soul from the sting of deep, venomous regret, Parquet Courts are going to allow you free entrance, for life, into any Parquet Courts show*.”
*Does not include side-projects, solo performances, weddings, open mic nights, “talks”, etc.
Head to Parquet Courts’ website to view the indelible design. Watch the video for ‘Black And White’, taken from 2014’s ‘Sunbathing Animal’ below.
