Patti Smith, Caribou and more confirmed for Field Day 2015
June festivals also welcomes in SOPHIE, DIIV and Ducktails.
Field Day 2015 have made their first wave of official announcements, confirming a batch of bands on top of the previously confirmed Ride revival.
As rumoured - and picked up by DIY - Patti Smith will be appearing at the festival to perform her ‘Horses’ album in full.
Elsewhere, Caribou will return to the London weekender following a sold out show at Brixton Academy next year to headline the Saturday night.
Further additions come in the form of DIIV (expected to release their second album in 2015), producer SOPHIE (who played in 2014) and Owen Pallett.
Elsewhere, they’re Django Django, Chet Faker, Kindness and Tei Shi.
Field Day 2015 takes place 6th and 7th June. Tickets.
