Pinact pack buckets of melody into new single ‘Everybody Says’
The Scottish trio’s second LP ‘The Part That No One Knows’ comes out next month via Kanine.
Scottish DIY punks Pinact are releasing their second album next month, and have shared the third track to be lifted from it.
‘Everybody Says’ follows ‘Seams’ and ‘Separate Ways’ in previewing ‘The Part That No One Knows’, which comes out on 25th August via US label Kanine. The track packs bucketloads of melody into under two minutes, and further showcases Corrie Gillies’ ability to craft irresistible punk pop, with generous servings of fuzz on top.
Noting Dinosaur Jr, Weezer and The Cribs as touching points for the record’s sound, Pinact’s fuzzy, emotional brand of punk is at its strongest on ‘Everybody Says’.
