Posters and trailer unveiled for N.W.A. biopic Straight Outta Compton

A set of character posters, the new one sheet and a trailer have been released for N.W.A. biopic Straight Outta Compton released in UK cinemas on 14th August.

Set in the mid 1980’s Straight Outta Compton charts the meteoric rise and fall of the influential and revolutionary band N.W.A., where five young men translated their experiences of growing up on the brutal streets of Compton, California. Rebelling against abusive authority they were the voice of a generation, speaking for the youngsters silenced on the streets.

Directed by F.Gary Gray (Friday, Set it Off) and produced by original N.W.A. members Ice Cube and Dr. Dre the film stars O’Shea Jackson Jr (Ice Cube), Corey Hawkins (Dr. Dre) and Jason Mitchell (Eazy-E).
