Premiere: Listen: Carnivals Streams New ‘Yearn’ Track

’ new ‘Yearn’ single heads up an EP of the same name, out 30th September.

Previous single ‘Kindness’ / ‘Swallow The Sky’ was a distinct, atmospheric sounding of the alarm. Bigger things were on the horizon. ‘Yearn’ feels like the vital next-step.

The chiming burst that opens the lead track sounds like the walls of a church caving in. An eerie, sweeping noise seeps in through all sides. Standing tall as a crazed collective of abstract pieces, it’s a smartly executed beast; arguably Carnivals’ finest to date.
