Primavera Sound Confirm The National, Slowdive & More
Chvrches, Haim, Darkside, Kendrick Lamar & more also set to play.
Tonight Primavera Sound have revealed the second batch of bands and artists set to play the festival, by way of a film screening. ‘Line Up’.
‘Line-Up’ is the name of the flick, which aired at 20.30 GMT +1 tonight in cinema’s across Barcelona and Madrid. In the UK, we could join in with the screening half seven our time, over on ‘Line-Up’s website. If the accompanying film poster is anything to go by Primavera are obviously feeling pretty modest about their additions. They’ve even taken the liberty of creating the humble #BestLineUpEver hashtag.
To be honest, who can blame them? Slowdive, Queens of the Stone Age, The National and more join Arcade Fire, Pixies, and Neutral Milk Hotel - who are all already confirmed - on what is quickly shaping up into a stonkingly good line-up.
Also on the bill: Disclosure, St. Vincent, Metronomy, Darkside, SBTRKT, Kendrick Lamar, Haim, Nine Inch Nails, Volcano Choir & more.
Primavera Sound Barcelona will take place between 29th-31st May. Optimus Primavera Sound takes place on 5th-7th June.
