Pulled Apart By Horses announce new drummer, confirm RSD plans

The four-piece will release a new 12” live album titled ‘One Night In Heaven’ for Record Store Day.

After the departure of drummer Lee Vincent late last month, Pulled Apart By Horses have now announced their newest member.

Longtime friend of the band Tommy Davidson (Department M, These Monsters, Dinosaur Pile-Up) will be joining at their new stickman, with Davidson saying he’s “over the moon” to join the quartet. “I’m over the moon to have joined Horses,” he said in a press release. “The boys are like brothers to me so any excuse to hang out with them even more is gladly welcomed. We’ve already got stuck in with writing some new tunes which is really exciting. I’m also buzzing about all of the gigs and festivals that we’ve got coming up over the next few months. I have a feeling we’re gonna have a lot of fun!”

“We’re extremely excited to introduce you to the brand new fourth member of PABH,” the band continued. “Tommy has been a close friend of ours for many years. We simply cannot wait to get on the road with him.”

Alongside confirmation of the band’s newest addition, they’ve also announced plans to release a new 12” live album as part of this year’s Record Store Day celebrations. They’ll release a specially recorded live set, as taken from their recent appearance at London’s Heaven, titled ‘One Night In Heaven’ on 18th April through Too Pure Records / Transgressive. It’ll be limit to 500 copies.
