Pumarosa are set to tour with Everything Everything
They’ll hit the road around the UK next February and March.
Everything Everything are set to head out on a tour of the UK from February next year and they’ve lined up some stellar support to join them.
Pumarosa will open for the band on the upcoming dates, bringing tracks from their excellent debut album ‘The Witch’ with them.
Jeremy Pritchard of Everything Everything said of Pumarosa: “After we heard “Priestess” (and gave it its first BBC Radio 1 spin when we did a takeover on Annie Mac) we played a couple of gigs with Pumarosa and, watching them from the wings, it occurred to me how rare it is to see a band really take the time to let things breathe and develop. Their music is gloriously unhurried, always evolving and shapeshifting, with the widescreen glitter of the Cocteau Twins, or the perambulating pulse of Neü. We love them”.
Pumarosa will join the band from Dublin in February through to a huge show at London’s Alexandra Palace in March (which will also feature Sundara Karma!) Tickets are on sale now.
Pumarosa also recently shared a ‘Piano Sessions Unplugged’ EP and are set to tour with Depeche Mode later this month.
Take a look at all of their tour dates and revisit the piano version of Pumarosa’s ‘Lion’s Den’ below.
