PVRIS take on Tove Lo’s ‘Talking Body’ in Radio 1 Live Lounge
The band took to Clara Amfo’s show to perform the cover, as well as their own ‘St. Patrick’.
It’s Rock Week over at BBC Radio 1 right now and to help celebrate, they invited PVRIS along to perform in the Live Lounge.
Fresh from performing at this year’s Slam Dunk and supporting Lower Than Atlantis on tour earlier this year, the trio returned to the UK to perform two tracks today (11th June), including their own ‘St. Patrick’, as taken from their debut album ‘White Noise’. It marks their second stint recording a session for Radio 1, having already performed a session at Maida Vale back in April.
The second performance saw the band rework Tove Lo’s ‘Talking Body’ into a haunting yet somewhat feisty offering.
Watch the band - who will be returning to our side of the Atlantic for this year’s Reading and Leeds festivals in August - perform ‘Talking Body’ below.
