Radiohead Release New App, ‘PolyFauna’
Thom Yorke describes the app as coming from an interest in early computer-life experiments.”“

Following in the footsteps of Bjork and Lady Gaga, Radiohead have put together an exclusive app to go alongside their music. It’s called ‘Polyfauna’ and it requires a) One fast computer & b) A love of Radiohead.
It’s a downloadable gizmo that runs with a backing track (‘Bloom’, from the band’s ‘The King of Limbs’ album). ‘It comes from an interest in early computer life-experiments and the imagined creatures of our subconscious,’ reads a blurb from Thom Yorke.
As far as we can tell, it involves slashing a screen with your finger quite a lot, with a nice song playing in the background.
‘Polyfauna’ is downloadable on iTunes. It it doesn’t sound like the most laugh-a-minute app of all time, try Fall Out Boy’s newly coined alternative to Flappy Bird.
