Rat Boy announces massive tour including Brixton Academy show!

The early 2018 dates come on the back of debut album ‘SCUM’.

Fresh from releasing their debut album ‘SCUM’ earlier this month, Jordan Cardy and co (aka Rat Boy of course) have announced their biggest UK shows to date.

The tour - set for late January and early February of 2018 - will culminate with a simply massive show at London’s Brixton Academy.

The tour starts on the last day of January in Glasgow at the legendary Barrowlands.

We talked to the band for a feature in the August issue of DIY, with Cardy’s ambitions for the band seemingly never-ending. “Every single day, me and the band sit down and we think to ourselves, we are not where we want to be yet,” Cardy told us.

“We’re doing the main stage at Reading & Leeds, but it’s in the middle of the day. We want it to be later. We want it to be bigger. We’re working harder than we ever have done, and we’re pushing every day.”

JANUARY 31 Glasgow, Barrowland FEBRUARY 02 Belfast, The Limelight 03 Dublin, Academy 05 Cardiff, Tramshed 06 Leicester, O2 Academy 08 Newcastle, O2 Academy 10 London, O2 Academy Brixton
