Reading 2011: Off! Talk Festival Highlights

Singer Keith Morris tells us how great it is to hang out with his mates in other bands.

When Off! played Reading & Leeds Festival over the weekend, they had their fair share of highlights.

Speaking to DIY at the Southern site yesterday (Sunday 28th August), singer Keith Morris told us: ‘I’ve seen The Black Pacific, which is Jim Lindburg, who used to be in a band called Pennywise. I get to hang out with a lot of my friends, like Billy Stevenson and Milo from the Descendents. I mentioned Jim Lindburg and Billy and Milo, we all went to the same high school and all grew up in the same area.

‘We’re all friends so we’re all so happy to see each other that it doesn’t even matter where we’re at. We could be on Saturn or we could be sitting on top of a volcano or in a submarine on the bottom of the ocean and it’s like we’re all brothers. I’m the oldest of the four brothers.’

Check back for the full interview later in the week.
