Real Estate’s Martin Courtney goes solo with ‘Vestiges’

Real Estate singer/guitarist Martin Courtney (pictured, right) has shared his first proper solo track, ‘Vestiges’.

Produced by Woods’ Jarvis Taveniere, the song also features Woods’ Aaron Neveu. Streaming below, it’s the first solo gambit to be taken by Courtney. His bandmates aren’t shy of their own projects. Alex Bleeker is in Alex Bleeker & The Freaks and Matthew Mondanile is keeping busy with Ducktails. Real Estate’s most recent album as a full band is last year’s ‘Atlas’.
