Rolo Tomassi share new single ‘Balancing The Dark’

The band’s new album ‘Time Will Die And Love Will Bury It’ is out next March.

Rolo Tomassi are releasing their new album ‘Time Will Die And Love Will Bury It’ next March, and have shared the next cut from the record.

‘Balancing The Dark’ follows ‘Ritual’ in previewing the album, the band’s first new material since 2015 LP ‘Grievances’.

Speaking of the new track in a press release, the band’s Chris Cayford says: “This song, almost unintentionally, became one of the most unsettling we’ve ever written. I remember the first time we put keys over drone on the intro/outro and it instantly set the tone.

“To me, it just has this bad atmosphere and gives you a feeling that you’re not quite safe yet. The video is a reflection of that, it’s heavily influenced by Sean Durkin’s Martha Marcy May Marlene & The Sound Of My Voice by Zal Batmanglij both of which install a similar feeling in me.”

A series of 2018 UK/EU tour dates also await Rolo Tomassi in the Spring. Watch the new video for ‘Balancing The Dark’ and view the tour dates below.
