Run the Jewels top off unforgettable year with Kimmel appearance
Watch the hip-hop duo play ‘Crown’ and ‘Run the Jewels’.
If 2014 looked like being Run the Jewels’ year, 2015 has topped all expectations. Their cat sounds album ‘Meow the Jewels’ was just the icing on a gigantic cake, and they’ve topped everything off with a performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
El-P and Killer Mike performed two tracks on last night’s show, ‘Crowd’ and their rallying cry anthem ‘Run the Jewels’. It was the first time they’ve ever played the former, and it marks another step up for a duo who can’t hold back the momentum.
