Sarah Kinsley unveils plans for new EP 'Fleeting' with lead single 'Lonely Touch'

Sarah Kinsley has announced that her next EP will be entitled ‘Fleeting’, and will arrive on 13th February via Verve Forecast/Fontana.

The New York riser first made waves back in 2024 with her ‘Escaper’ debut, and, if new track ‘Lonely Touch’ is anything to go by, this next project promises to build on those open-hearted, emotion-fuelled foundations with an expansive, expressive synth-pop palette. As Sarah herself has described it, the EP is “a promise to yearn, to long, to feel deeply and truly, despite knowing everything is fleeting.”

Explaining more about the inspiration behind ‘Lonely Touch’ - namely, the Luca Guadagnino film Queer - she has also shared: “This song is an homage to the vulnerability of longing, of yearning for a kind of touch that is undeniable and terrifying. It is a song about true intimacy: wanting to feel the edges of another’s soul, becoming one in the dark together.”

What’s more, Sarah has also revealed that ‘Fleeting’ will include a feature from fellow alt-pop disruptor Paris Paloma, who she worked with on a track called ‘After All’ to create “a duet between people ruminating on why love cannot always save us”.

‘After All’ isn’t out yet, so watch this space… but in the meantime, you can check out the video for ‘Lonely Touch’ below.

‘Fleeting’ tracklist:
1. Lonely Touch
2. Truth Of Pursuit
3. Reverie
4. After All (with Paris Paloma)
5. Fleeting
