Sarah Kinsley raises the curtain on next chapter with ‘Fleeting’
The vital new cut is her first release since last Autumn’s ‘Escaper’ LP.

Sarah Kinsley has returned with ‘Fleeting’, a striking new single that sees her build on the strength of debut album ‘Escaper’ (released last year) and lean wholeheartedly into anthemic dance-pop.
As euphoric as it is melancholic, the track taps into the same emotional contrast as Robyn’s now-iconic ‘Dancing On My Own’, as Sarah explores the freedom that comes with accepting that nothing can last forever.
Explaining the feelings that inspired ‘Fleeting’, she has described the song as “my catharsis” and “an anthem dedicated to the flood of change.” Continuing, she adds: “it is my homage to the transience of what it means to be alive: who I am if every moment is fleeting.”
What’s more, the New Yorker has also confirmed that ‘Fleeting’ is our first taste of what to expect from a brand new project. Details are still TBA, so watch this space - and in the meantime, you can revisit our 2024 interview with Sarah and listen to ‘Fleeting’ here:
