Shabazz Palaces stream ‘Forerunner Foray’ track from new album
Ishmael Butler dabbles with devilish intent in a take from ‘Lese Majesty’.

Hip-hop daredevils Shabazz Palaces are streaming another take from their forthcoming multi-suited ‘Lese Majesty’ LP.
‘Forerunner Foray’ is a splintering, abstract-as-hell call to arms. Electronics sound jarred, exhausted, while beats come from a completely different dimension, sharp to the point of acting as a weapon. Ishmael Butler meanwhile plays his traditional role in overseeing the chaos.
The new track joins up with the recently unveiled ‘#Cake’.
‘Lese Majesty’ is out 28th August on Sub Pop.
