Sharon Van Etten announces 2019 world tour
The dates come behind upcoming LP ‘Remind Me Tomorrow’.
At the start of the month, Sharon Van Etten announced her, ahem, comeback with new single ‘Comeback Kid’ and details of forthcoming LP ‘Remind Me Tomorrow’.
The follow-up to 2014’s ‘Are We There?’ will come out in January via Jagjaguwar, and the singer has now revealed plans for a world tour in support of the record, taking place next spring.
Beginning with a lengthy run in the US, the tour will then come to the UK and Europe, and includes a huge London date at the Roundhouse.
“I want to be a mom, a singer, an actress, go to school, but yeah, I have a stain on my shirt, oatmeal in my hair and I feel like a mess, but I’m here. Doing it,” Sharon says of the new album. This record is about pursuing your passions.”
