Sharon Van Etten Previews New Song From Forthcoming Album
‘Serpents’ is taken from her new album, ‘Tramp’.

Brooklyn-based singer-songwriter Sharon Van Etten recently announced details of a new album, which follows on from 2010’s ‘epic’. Now fans can have a listen to a track from it, ‘Serpents’, using the player below.
The new full-length is titled ‘Tramp’, and it is currently due out on 6th February via Jagjaguwar. The material was recorded in Aaron Dessner’s (of The National) studio, and feature guest appearances from the likes of Wye Oak’s Jenn Wasner, Beirut’s Zach Condon and The Walkmen’s Matt Barrick.
Speaking of her new label (via sharonvanetten.com), she says: ‘For years now, I have admired their releases, their taste, their family, the unconditional love that Jagjaguwar has had for their bands. Now, to be a part of their family… I can hardly believe it. Thank you all for the love and support. I can’t wait to share my new songs and adventures with you!’
