Shy Girls shares new track ‘Renegade’

Portland based musician Dan Vidmar aka Shy Girls took to Facebook this evening to share a new track. It’s the first material the Oregon based artist has shared since last year’s ‘TimeShare’ EP on Hit City USA.

Returning with a darker element to his R&B influenced pop, Vidmar casts himself as a renegade who needs to be toned down. There’s a clean slickness to the production that Vidmar glides off and fires out his expletives, directing itself towards sexual narcissism. As absurd as it is, it’s arguably the most likely of his tracks to penetrate the charts.
