Sigur Rós & Pixies confirmed for Dour Festival 2016
The Belgian fest will take place from 13th to 17th July 2016.

Sigur Rós and the Pixies are two of the first acts to be confirmed for the line-up of next year’s Dour Festival.
Taking place in Dour, a small town just under 90km away from Brussels, Belgium, the event is set to take place from 13th to 19th July 2016, and will boast headline performances from the Icelandic band and the Black Francis-led quartet.
They’ll be joined by the likes of Ho99o9, Boyz Noize and Stand High Patrol, who have also been confirmed in the announcement of the festival’s first five acts.
Sigur Rós are also confirmed to play at next year’s Citadel and Open’er Festivals, taking place in London and Poland respectively. The band are apparently set to air new material, potentially from a forthcoming follow-up to their 2013 album ‘Kveikur’.
Five-day tickets for Dour Festival start at €140 and are on sale now. For more information on tickets and accommodation packages, head to the festival’s official official website. More acts will be confirmed for the festival shortly.
