St. Vincent Holds Reddit AMA Interview With Fans

Last night Annie Clark aka St. Vincent held a live chat with fans, ahead of a performance on the Colbert Report and the commencing of her North American tour.

Talking about her self-titled new album (rated five stars on DIY) as a starting point, she ended up diving into all kinds of unlikely topics. She likes peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, Andrew Bird is a ‘gentleman and a scholar’, she loves Swans and ‘used to play in metal bands.’

All this, plus she’s a fan of Death Grips, she might make a ‘sludgecore’ record, and she grew up listening to Nick Cave.
