Listen to ‘Power Corrupts’, a bonus track from St Vincent’s ‘MASSEDUCTION’
The album came out last Friday (13th October).

Last Friday (13th October), St Vincent released her brilliant new album ‘MASSEDUCTION’. There’s now an additional bonus track to hear, called ‘Power Corrupts’.
The track features vocals from a member of Enon and St Vincent’s touring musician Toko Yasuda. It appears as a bonus track on the Japanese version of the album, and is now available to hear online.
St Vincent appears on the cover of the new issue of DIY, talking all things ‘MASSEDUCTION’ and an Annie Clark-filled apocalypse.
“Oh… GOD!” she exclaims - with mild mortification - when asked to ponder a world populated by endless clones of herself. “Um. It would be very clean, like, super fastidious and tidy,” she starts. “All the buses and trains would be five minutes late. Five minutes late. Everyone would make plans to go out, and then it would be fine…” she laughs. “All of me would cancel, because they all started working on a song.” she laughs. “So no-one would ever go out.”
Read the cover feature in full here and listen to ‘Power Corrupts’ below. St Vincent plays two UK shows - in London and Manchester - this week.
