St Vincent airs new song at David Lynch’s Festival of Disruption
She also performed ‘I Prefer Your Love,’ and a stripped back ‘Cruel’.

Besides playing a show at Le Poisson Rouge while dressed as a giant purple toilet (as you do) St Vincent’s taken a year away from touring, but over the weekend she did make an appearance at David Lynch’s Festival of Disruption in L.A at the Ace Hotel. While she was there, Annie Clark took the chance to air a brand new song, along with ‘I Prefer Your Love’ and a fully-acoustic version of ‘Cruel’.
St Vincent previously performed the new track - which fans are referring to as ‘New York’ - during her show at Le Poisson Rouge, too. If you’re feeling delicate on Monday morning already, be warned, because it’s a bit of a emosh one.
