Taylor Swift to release Toy Story 5 song ‘I Knew It, I Knew You’
The original track will arrive this Friday (5th June).
Taylor Swift has revealed that she’s penned a brand-new original song entitled ‘I Knew It, I Knew You’, especially for Toy Story 5.
It’s the pop superstar’s first new music since the release of her latest studio album, ‘Life Of A Showgirl’, last year, and was written and produced by Taylor alongside longtime collaborator (and Bleachers frontman) Jack Antonoff.
Centred around the journey of Toy Story’s beloved cowgirl Jessie, ‘I Knew It, I Knew You’ promises to see Taylor return to her country roots to lend her signature storytelling star power to the Disney and Pixar franchise’s anticipated fifth instalment.
The track will be released on streaming services this Friday (5th June) ahead of the film’s cinema release on 19th June; in the meantime, you can check out the official trailer for Toy Story 5 below.
