The Afghan Whigs Cover Frank Ocean’s ‘LoveCrimes’

The Afghan Whigs have released a new cover of Frank Ocean’s track ‘Lovecrimes’.

The track ordinarily appears on Ocean’s debut mixtape ‘Nostalgia, Ultra’, but has now been given a little extra treatment from Cincinnati band.

Usually including it in their live set, the Whigs took a little time out to actually lay down the track in the studio, and here’s what they came up with.

The band recently appeared at this year’s ATP I’ll Be Your Mirror Festival, and following on from that performance, have confirmed plans to appear at London’s KOKO.

The band will return to play the show this summer, on the 19th August.
